On Friday, April 24, 2020, the “Shared Protocol for Regulating Measures to Combat and Contain the Spread of Covid-19 Virus in the Workplace” signed on March 14, 2020 was integrated.
In addition to the measures already indicated above, we point out:
- the non-implementation of the Protocol that does not ensure adequate levels of protection results in the suspension of activity until safety conditions are restored;
- the entry into the company of workers who have already tested positive for COVID 19 infection must be preceded by a prior communication having as its object the medical certification showing the “successful negativization” of the swab in accordance with the prescribed modalities and issued by the relevant territorial prevention department;
- For the progressive reintegration of workers after COVID19 infection, the competent physician, upon presentation of certification of successful negativization of the swab in accordance with the modalities provided for and issued by the territorial prevention department of competence, shall carry out the medical examination prior to the resumption of work, following absence for health reasons lasting more than sixty continuous days, in order to verify the suitability for the job also to assess specific profiles of riskiness and in any case regardless of the duration of absence due to illness.
- In the declination of the Protocol measures within the workplaces based on the set of assessed risks, and starting from the mapping of the company’s various activities, suitable PPE will be adopted. It is planned, for all workers sharing common spaces, to use a surgical mask.
