Did you know that in the 2010-2011 biennium, provincial surcharges were unduly paid in bills by non-residential utilities?
Unfortunately, this is the case, but you can apply for a refund of the unduly paid amounts.
HOW TO DO IT?
STEP 1:
Email energia@gsaingegneria.it a utility bill from 2010-2011: having the bills from the two-year period is necessary to be able to verify whether you have paid the provincial surcharges, whether the energy supplier is still active, as well as the holder of the supply contract.
mailto:energia@gsaingegneria.it
This first verification is free of charge.
STEP 2:
If you have paid the provincial surtaxes, you will need to send to the same e-mail energia@gsaingegneria.it
mailto:energia@gsaingegneria.it all the bills for the 2010-2011 biennium to calculate precisely the amount you can recover, so that you can decide whether or not to continue with the activity.
This second verification is fee-based.
STEP 3:
If the recoverable amount is significant, a decision can be made to pursue the activity, which will involve the involvement of a law firm.
- Out-of-court phase: request to put in default the 10-year statute of limitations and instruct compensation practice
- Legal phase: if necessary, before the ordinary court.
For this third phase, you can make use of a law firm you trust, or we can provide you with this support through a law firm we trust, assessing a fee that will vary depending on the legal phases that may be necessary.
WHEN TO ACTIVATE?
As soon as possible, since there is a 10-year statute of limitations. Therefore, you will only be able to recover provincial surtaxes paid for monthly payments not older than 10 years
