Before wearing the mask, clean your hands with an alcohol-based disinfectant or soap and water<\/li>\n<li>2. When covering your mouth and nose, make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask<\/li>\n<li>3. Avoid touching the mask while using it and, if necessary, clean your hands first with an alcohol-based or water-soap detergent<\/li>\n<li>4. Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is moist and do not reuse disposable<\/li>\n<li>5.
