{"id":2193,"date":"2018-12-19T14:21:51","date_gmt":"2018-12-19T13:21:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gsaingegneria.kina.it\/?p=2193"},"modified":"2025-06-17T10:50:58","modified_gmt":"2025-06-17T08:50:58","slug":"bye-sistri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gsaingegneria.it\/en\/bye-sistri\/","title":{"rendered":"Bye SISTRI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The SISTRI \u2013 Special Waste Tracking System, will be definitively abolished starting from 1 January 2019.<\/strong>&nbsp;(Source:&nbsp;<em>Article 6 of Legislative Decree no. 135 of 14 December 2018 \u201cUrgent provisions on support and simplification for businesses and public administration\u201d, published in the Official Journal no. 290 of 14 December 2018<\/em>&nbsp;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As far as we know,&nbsp;<strong>Sistri<\/strong>&nbsp;, created in 2010 with the aim of controlling the movement of special waste more precisely, is being definitively cancelled to be replaced by a new waste tracking system that will be organised and managed directly by the Ministry of the Environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What needs to be done until the new management system is fully operational?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Owners subject to the traceability of special waste will have to\u00a0<strong>return to using only the paper system<\/strong>\u00a0, or, as done up to now,\u00a0<strong>proceed with the compilation of the loading and unloading register and the waste identification form,<\/strong>\u00a0as provided for in articles 188, 189, 190 and 193 of Legislative Decree 152\/2006 and subsequent amendments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will therefore be necessary with the new year\u00a0<strong>to suspend the use of the USB device<\/strong>\u00a0, for those who have one. To date there do not seem to be details on the return of the same devices and the &#8220;Black Boxes&#8221;. Furthermore, the deadline for the payment of the annual fee is April 30, but everything suggests that\u00a0<strong>nothing will be due<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are the statements of the Ministry of the Environment, Sergio Costa: &#8221;&nbsp;<em>We have calculated that currently the traceability of 65% of special waste is ensured. The goal is to reach at least 90%, saving money and time for companies. We must enter into a sort of Sistri 2.0 that digitizes the entire traceability of waste and tax documents, thus overcoming the double paper\/digital track and the loading and unloading register<\/em>&nbsp;&#8220;.
